Villa Tuscany with Flair, Luxury & Panorama

This beautiful luxury villa does not miss anything even the most demanding tourist.



Furnished with great taste and complete with everything, it has been designed for private use and therefore is rich in everything.

The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms complete with showers and / or bathtub, bidet, toilet and comfortable sinks.



There is no shortage of numerous fireplaces (usable during cold seasons) in both the living rooms and bedrooms.

The private swimming pool is very large (16 meters long and up to 3 meters deep!) And with a breathtaking panorama.

The garden is very well kept and is completely fenced: Privacy is guaranteed!



The products of the garden and the freshest eggs from our chickens will be offered to you according to the season and availability of Mother Nature!



Your dogs are welcome: the property is completely fenced and secure.

The Villa has a view over the entire Val di Chiana up to Umbria and Monte Amiata.



It is very well located, in the countryside, but a few minutes from restaurants and shops and during the day you can visit the most suggestive places of Umbria and Tuscany.



The island kitchen is truly fully equipped with every accessory and the outdoor furniture is complete with everything: tables, chairs, electric BBQ, chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas ...

Die Villa ist wunderbar gelegen. Tolle Aussicht, super viel Platz und ein tatsächlich drei Meter tiefer, riesiger, sehr gepflegter Infinity Pool mitten im Wald. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich jeden Tag um alles. Unsere Familie war beeindruckt von der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa und dem wunderschönen Anwesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mein hoher Anspruch wurde absolut erfüllt. Ein paar große Pfannen und Töpfe zur Selbstversorgung wären hilfreich.

Unglaubliche Lage und riesiger Pool

Wirklich erstklassige Lage, verbunden mit einem sensationellen Pool und das Gefühl in einem Museum seinen Urlaub zu verbringen…. Einem riesigen und gepflegten Garten und klimatisierten Zimmern gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Ein kleiner Hinweis an Hobbyköche: keine Kaffeemaschine mit herkömmlichen Kapseln, vollständige Ausstattung, jedoch stark strapaziert

Phänomenale Villa!

Wir haben die Villa für 9 Personen eine Woche lang gebucht. Daniel ist eine extrem nette und liebe Person. Über WhatsApp hat er immer mal nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist. Die Villa und der Pool sind phänomenal. Man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe, weil in der Nähe keine anderen Häuser stehen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß und geräumig. Die Betten sehen etwas anders aus als auf den Bildern - insgesamt gab es 7 große, schöne Doppelbetten. Jeden Tag kam außerdem Moreno früh morgens um den Pool zu säubern und die Pflanzen im Garten zu gießen, außerdem hat er uns netterweise jeden Tag Eier von Hühnern die in einem Stall im Wald sind hingelegt, die wir zum Frühstück gegessen haben. Anfangs hat mich die Villa abgeschreckt, weil es mich verwundert hat, wieso sie nur eine einzige Bewertung auf fewo-direkt.de hat. Allerdings hat sie viel mehr gute Bewertungen verdient, denn was man für diesen Preis bekommt, ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Mir fällt kein einziger negativer Aspekt ein. Die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen und Daniel ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

VACANZA IN FAMIGLIA

La villa e la posizione sono a dir poco perfette, completa di ogni comfort ed immersa nel verde. La piscina rende, speciale, il soggiorno in questo paradiso. Consigliatissima Ci sono troppi insetti, tipo scarafaggi piccoli, al piano terra, soprattutto nella dependance ci sarebbe da fare una disinfestazione.
