Beautiful city center apartment for 5/7 people, 3 star rating

Large apartment of 70m² (in Carrez law, 92 m² on the ground), classified 3 stars, with 2 beautiful bedrooms, in the city center of Bourboule, 100 m from the start (that of the church) of the shuttle to the slopes Mont Dore ski resort, 250 m from the thermal baths, and 300 m from the fenestral park. It was completely renovated this summer, it is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Super appartement, très bien situé. Difficile de monter avec un enfant en bas âge. Le parquet est vraiment très très bruyant mais heureusement la voisine du dessous est très gentille. L’appartement n’avait pas été très bien nettoyé (lunette des toilettes non nettoyée par exemple). Très bien équipé. Merci d’avoir laissé plein de jouets, ma fille de 3 ans a beaucoup jouer avec. Elle a adoré.On a passé un super séjour.

Appartement agréable très bien placé

Appartement fonctionnel, agréable, lumineux. Emplacement excellent, notamment avec des enfants (proximité de la supérette juste en dessous, du parc Fenestre à 5/10 min). A noter : le beau parquet grince ! Mais cela n'a pas dérangé le sommeil de nos enfants.
