Old farmhouse converted into comfortable current housing. The house is on a hill which allows good panoramic views. Landscape of river, hills and ravines with pines, oaks, deer are sometimes observed. Very good place for hiking and cycling; the northwest greenway can be reached 3 km from the house. 4 km from the highway, it is very well connected. Currently, within the estate are the distilleries of the famous and exquisite Flor de Murcia anis
