Mellon Udrigle has been described by Andrew Marr in the Telegraph as “Heaven on Earth”, and The Guardian, The Sunday Times and The Daily mail have listed it as one of the best beaches in the UK.
The beach house is a three-bedroom property which has been fully renovated to provide luxury self-catering accommodation. Perfect to accommodate a family of 6. It offers breath-taking views of the south facing beach and surrounding mountains. It has a large patio at the front of the house to relax and enjoy the views. It is a paradise for families, walkers, climbers, cyclists, birdwatchers and photographers.
Backed by dunes, Mellon Udrigle is an incredibly attractive coastline in Wester Ross. With clear, turquoise water and clean white sand, the beach is spectacular, but with the distant mountain vista this place is truly unique.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about our stay from booking to departing could not have been better. Our host Katerina was always on hand to provide information updates and accommodate our needs. The cottage was outstanding in every way, well stocked with all the necessary items and some for a self catering stay. The cleanliness was top notch and the refurbishment which has taken place compliments the property so well. The views and area surrounding the cottage are to die for and put you into that relax mode as soon as you arrive. We cannot fault the cottage, location and surrounding areas at all. If what you are after is time away from the rat race of life and want to lose yourself in remote beauty in delightful accommodation then go no further. We will absolutely be going back. Katerina you are a fantastic host and thank you so much for allowing to experience your cottage and location.

Calm, peaceful and reviving stay, so so beautiful!

If you want peace and quiet, and a place of the beaten track, this is the perfect spot. Take plenty of supplies, to make the most of this precious place. The house is clean, cosy, and has everything you need. The views are quite spectacular and if you are blessed with sunshine, and calm seas, the water will entice you in for a dip. We we lucky enough to spot seals, jellyfish, starfish, on our kayaks which were safely stored in the garage below the house. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay...

Møre Information about the use of the equipment would be welcome. The drainage of the shower of the main bedroom was not cleaned properly so the water couldn’t get away.
