Slapton Sands is a 1.2 mile-long stretch of shingle beach, which is dog-friendly all year round. This area is fantastic for nature lovers, with Slapton Ley Nature Reserve adjacent to the beach. The towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both within driving distance, offering boutique shops, galleries and restaurants.
