Provides three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Ground floor kitchen/dining room with good sized table and chairs. Second floor sitting room with outstanding views across Salcombe Estuary. Parking is provided in the nearby public car park. Just a stone’s throw from Salcombe’s array of shops, restaurants and cafes, the unspoilt beaches are a short passenger ferry ride away. The property will accept a small well-behaved dog at an additional charge of £25.00.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster kettle. Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). DAB radio in kitchen. Wifi available. Parking pass for one car is provided - for the long stay car park in Salcombe (subject to restrictions). Small courtyard with table and chairs and a gate leading to Church Street. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. Fantastic location and everything we needed. House is very dated and a little disappointed with the outside space. It was just a drying area rather than seating area and was quite unkempt.
But we had a great week.
Ideal for two couples and another adult - very convenient
