Upper Fernlea is a two storey apartment on Allenhayes Road, Salcombe, that sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Upper Fernlea is situated just a short walk from Salcombe’s town centre, popular for watersports, beach lovers and walkers. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms with one en suite w.c. and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area where one pet is allowed. Beside the entrance steps to the property there is a private space suitable for one small/medium car. At the lower end of Allenhayes Road and within easy reach of Salcombe town centre, this apartment is perfect for a couple or family with children over the age of five. Property next door is under refurbishment until late September 2024, please contact the Salcombe office for more information.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
