Secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with level lakefront access and sunrise view to lake.

Bring your children and families to a Northwoods retreat that they will never forget!

The lot is gorgeous, giving you a nice private setting nestled among towering pines on the western shore of Big St. Germain, 200' of prime level sandy frontage offering wonderful swimming, boating and beautiful views all yr long. Access from the house to the lake is very level, making it perfect to invite the grandparents. The west shore of the lake offers some of the best views and also keeps you away from the wind gusts. Big St. Germain Lake is a favorite among anglers, there are Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Muskie, Bluegill, Crappie, Northern Pike and Walleye in the lake. There is one state-owned public boat ramp which is off Big St. Germain Lake Rd and is on the north eastern end of the lake.

This home offers a nice floor plan with an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, all with vaulted ceiling and wood floors, large picture windows. The lower level walk-out is nicely finished with knotty pine walls, and lots of windows. A spacious bedroom, and full bath make a nice area for your guests. You're going to just love the adorable guest cottage which is also available to rent at an additional fee...so charming! It features 1 bdrm, a nice great rm, and a wonderful lakeside deck. This property also has a creek running through it offering lots of wildlife sightings, like otters and turtles.

Walk out on the deck for an incredible view of the lake.

The lower level family room contains a flat screen TV with connections for gaming consoles ( gaming consoles and/or games not provided), seating area with a futon couch for additional guests. The fully finished basement also contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We also offer a 23' Premier Pontoon boat with a 60 HP 4 stroke motor for rent. 2 kayak's are available for you to use.

Great Property for a large family

The listing is very accurate. I had my children and grandchildren together at the property. We rented both houses to have enough room. The property has kayaks, paddle boards, row boats, life jackets, and a great swimming area. The water is shallow enough for small children, but there is a raft on the property for the older children. We were not able to use the lake as often as we would have liked because of the weather, but other than that it was a great getaway!

great week!!

this place was plenty big for our big group. the house is clean and perfect for Northwoods. shoreline great for swimming, nice fishing off the dock for panfish, and lake is big and nice for boating & skiing. bike trails near for jogging and running. lots of kayaks, standup boards, and a nice canoe to use. campfire pit perfect along lake...... great place! will back for sure! 19" smallmouth off the dock!
