Tressa is a lovely cottage located in the village of St Breward, Cornwall. Hosting two double bedrooms (one with en-suite), and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside there is a garden with furniture and barbecue, use of two private lakes and a communal hot tub. Resting in a charming setting with historic features and tourist places of interest, Tressa is a wonderful cottage in a charming part of Cornwall. Please note: This property only accepts 7 nights during the school holidays with Friday arrival
Amenities: Fuel and power inc. in rent. DAB Radio. Coffee Machine. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden with furniture and BBQ. Use of two private lakes and a private hot tub. Hot tub located at rear of the property on private decking with privacy screening. Ample off road parking. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Guests have use of two private lakes for wild swimming or fishing (brown trout and common carp on a catch and release basis). Please note this lodge can be booked with the only other nearby lodge ref 962967, 1051215, 995951 and together they will sleep 23. Please Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £400. Please Note - This property only accepts Friday changeovers for 7 night bookings. Please note: This property only accepts 7 nights during the school holidays.
