would not recommend nor would we EVER stay again.

I never leave reviews but this cannot be left. this property is not fit for rental, this accommodation is absolutely disgusting. You do not expect to pay for a 4 week rental and have to arrive and deep clean, we couldn’t even stay here for the first 3 days and had to sleep in our van. I contacted the owner on day 2 with some pictures and he offered me a measly £200 refund which i have NOT received. The lounge was unusable, so filthy full of cob webs, cat hairs and general filth. it was like a squat, as for the kitchen the pots and pans had to have the fat scraped off before they could be cleaned and used, you can imagine what the cutlery and crockery was like, fridge was disgusting, down the sofa was full of grime, The roof terrace was full of cat mess so was unusable and we had to clean it, the neighbour actually thought we were new owners because we were cleaning it and they’ve never seen anyone cleaning this property before. We had to empty each room and deep clean, the cupboards were full of other people’s stuff so we couldn’t use them and had to empty them into a spare room. The pool had tiles missing it and was grimy which i had to clean out before we could use it for safety, The owner has the audacity to try and charge me for moving furniture for cleaning when my wife spent every day of her holiday deep cleaning.

Dejadez y poca limpieza.

La casa está muy descuidada y muy muy sucia. La nevera no funciona bien, la piscina con gresites arrancados te podías cortar y sobretodo mucha suciedad te cobran 95 euros por la limpieza y por allí no han pasado a limpiar en meses como poco. Las fundas de los colchones eran asquerosas como poco . Dormimos encima de las sábanas y podría dar más detalles pero me eternizaria. Y además no tiene aire acondicionado, tienen ventiladores que hacen un ruido ensordecedor.

Die Lage des Hauses war toll, man kann zu Fuß zur Stadt und Meer aber das Haus war leider nicht sauber und veraltet. Es braucht dringend Pflegebedarf, schade für das Haus.

Villa agréable et bien située

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien équipée, proche du centre ville. L’inconvénient majeur est l’absence de climatisation.

Needs some TLC!

The setting is lovely and fairly convenient to the pretty little town. The house has a lot of potential but is very dated and needs a real freshen up. There was no air conditioning which made things very difficult in a very hot Spain. The outside pool and garden is nice but needs a lot of work done to bring it up to an excellent standard for letting. We did enjoy our week in this area but it could be special.

Schönes Haus tolle Lage sollte aber mal wieder und gereinigt werden und ein bisschen auf Vordermann

Nice property and area

The property was lovely with it's own pool which the kids Loved. Had everything there we need exerlent internet. Very good area close to town and beach about 10min walk. Had a very enjoyable holiday hopefully we will be able to book again

Mooi gelegen woning

Dit schitterend gelegen, wat oudere huis (ook de degelijke inrichting) ligt op een kwartier lopen van het charmante dorp Moraira, over een vlakke weg. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien: snel internet, goede tv, centrale verwarming. Een leuk zwembad en verschillende terrassen. Een fijn huis voor een ontspannen vakantie en voor eventuele problemen staat Dolf gelijk klaar

Toll gelegen, 10 Min. zum Meer und Moraira City

Das Anwesen und das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr schön. Allerdings bräuchte es ein paar kleine Reparaturen und etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail - also nicht was sich nicht beheben lässt. Wir haben uns den Urlaub gemütlich gemacht und daher auch sehr genossen.
