Quiet vacation

we really enjoyed our time. The location is very quiet with a lot of privacy. The games at the Bowls Club didn't bother us much. The garden is large and well maintained. Because the house is on the edge of the village, the nearest restaurant is a 2-3 minute drive away. We would like to come again.

Beautiful house with fantastic outdoor facilities

We have had the most wonderful holiday in the lovely house. It turned out exactly as we had wanted. The house is of an older date, but it works perfectly. It was nice to have air conditioning in all bedrooms Especially the outdoor facilities are absolutely fantastic,with beautiful palm trees, flowers and a lovely large pool. We did all the cooking in the outdoor kitchen while enjoying a drink in the lounge furniture

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad, mooie omgeving. Het huis van binnen dient een noodzakelijke renovatie en is niet meer van deze tijd waardoor het ook niet echt schoon was. Keuken inventaris zeer vuil en lang niet schoongemaakt. Er hing op de bovenverdieping continue een rioollucht. Het is een prachtige villa maar jammer van het achterstallig onderhoud, is niet nodig. Communicatie met eigenaar is zeer goed en snel en ook met de lokale medewerkers.

Nous reconnaissons que notre maison a un certain âge et c est ce qui lui donne son charme Les photos sur le site reflètent selon nous honnêtement ce qui est proposé aux locataires. A lui de choisir ! Nous améliorons la maison chaque année en réinvestissant. La cuisine sera par exemple changée cet hiver. Vos remarques sur la propreté ne nous paraissent pas fondées et nous regrettons que vous ne l’ayez pas fait remarqué au personnel lorsque vous étiez sur place. Aucune maison de location ne peut être à l’abris d’un couvert sale en fin de saison car tous les locataires ne sont très respectueux. L odeur d’égout vient des bidets qui ne sont rarement utilisés. Il suffit de faire couler un peu d’eau pour que l odeur disparaisse. En 10 ans vous êtes les premiers à faire des remarques concernant la propreté. En tant que propriétaire nous sommes très satisfaits de l’équipe de nettoyage qui fait un bon travail. Bien sûr il y a toujours mieux, … plus récent… , plus luxueux …. Mais plus cher!

Ein sehr gemütliches und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Garten, Pool, Loungebereich und Außenküche sind wunderschön und einladend angelegt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Auto. Meer und Strand sind in 15 Autominuten bequem erreichbar. Ein großes Sonnensegel für mehr Schatten am Pool wäre für uns ein zusätzlicher Bonus gewesen.

Bonjour. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé d’agréables vacances et vous remercions pour votre évaluation. Nous avons hésité à mettre une grande toile au-dessus de l’herbe artificielles mais nous avons finalement décidé de ne pas le faire car la maison propose beaucoup de zones d’ombre ailleurs (terrasses, proximité de la maison, patio) et cette toile serait gênante lorsque la météo n’est pas aussi clémente que ce dont vous avez profité. C’est pour cette raison que nous avons opté pour des parasols. Il est prévu d’en placer un troisième. Bien à vous. Emmanuel ROMBAUT.

Une merveille !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette merveilleuse maison. La maison est magique, de l'espace, un intérieur soigné, un extérieur fabuleux, une piscine de rêve et une très belle vue. Un contact avec le propriétaire excellent et la personne qui nous a accueilli d'une grande gentillesse et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement et on espère revenir !!!!

Zeer gezellig en goed onderhouden huisje. Mooie en gezellige indeling van de tuin/zwembad/lounge en buitenkeuken. Goede uitvalsbasis om gezellige uitstapjes te doen in de omgeving met de wagen. Zee en strand gemakkelijk bereikbaar op 15 min met de wagen. Een parasol om ook in de schaduw aan het zwembad te kunnen zitten had nog een extra meerwaarde kunnen zijn voor ons

Nous en avions mis un mais des locataires ont mis le pied de parasol sur les marches de la piscine et cassé les carrelages. Pour cette raison nous avons du l enlever avant votre arrivée. Nous allons trouver une solution à cela pour améliorer le confort de la villa. Bien à vous

Une villa que je recommanderai pour ceux qui rechercherait le calme, l'espace de vie et le confort

Une tres grande villa qui répond à nos critères comme grande piscine, villa spacieuse avec tout le confort sur place. La villa se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage Javea (belle plage avec un grand nombre d'activités). Un très bon séjour que nous avons passés.
