Holiday home owned by the family since 1972, equipped and renovated in 2018, 100 meters from the sea and at the beginning of the beautiful Punta Licosa promenade, in the enchanting Cilento landscape. Central location 5 minutes from the town, but surrounded by tranquility with a large garden and private parking. The house is located in one of the most renowned villages of Cilento, an ideal place for a holiday to discover its sea and pristine beaches, to visit historic places, beautiful ancient villages on the hills with their festivals, enjoy the enchanting landscapes and paths of trekking.
The total immersion of the house in nature makes it a place of "buen retiro" and energy recharge.
Free beach at 5 minutes walk. Renowned wellness center (Spa) open all year in the immediate vicinity. Tennis courts and mini golf at 400 meters. Possibility to rent boats or excursions. Summer connections by hydrofoil to the Amalfi coast, Capri and Naples.
