Exclusive duplex facing the sea in Sitges

Luxurious 180 m2 duplex. With a very warm atmosphere and with a style between Provencal and Tuscan. Located in the marina of Aiguadolç, 100 meters from the marina and 50 meters from the beach. With incredible views over the sea and the bay of Sitges
Capacity for 7 people, decorated in a style between Provencal and Tuscan, of exquisite taste. The floor is made of clay and the doors are made of antique oak (some more than 150 years old). It has four bedrooms, three doubles and another single bedroom. The living room has huge silk armchairs in front of a marble fireplace, with paintings by Miró and Reig. On the second floor, a spacious dining room / kitchen, warm colors, with a huge table next to the terrace door, from which you can see the sea, the bay of Sitges and the green garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
Terrace to spend the day in front of the sea. Garden in front and behind the house.
Community pool with immense garden.

Do not stay here until air conditioning works properly

Great location but couldn’t enjoy the place because of poor air conditioning. The temperature never went below 28 degrees Celsius upstairs and over 30 most of the time. They need to fix or upgrade the ac. NOT recommended until issue is resolved.

Gran ubicación vistas y equipamiento

El piso está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la playa de Balmins y a 10 de San Sebastián. Muy buenas vistas y zonas comunes. Se pueden aparcar dos coches en zona privada. La casa está muy bien equipada. Las camas, lencería y baños muy bien, así como el aire acondicionado (completamente nuevo). La distribución es extraña. En la planta baja, hay un gran salón, que se usa poco dado que el comedor-terraza de arriba junto a la cocina abierta es excelente. Abajo hay otras tres habitaciones con un baño: 2 con cama king size (pero una sin ventana) y otra pequeña con cama individual. Arriba otra habitación con king size y otro baño completo (no en suite). La zona de abajo es oscura y la usamos solo para dormir. La parte de arriba es excelente para hacer vida en común. Yo volvería.

Casa super bien suplida muy confortable y en lugar excepcional de Sitges

Muy confortable. Menaje de cocina perfecto. Piso superior con la terraza fantástico. El único pero las habitaciones de abajo muy húmedas especialmente la que no dispone de ventanas
