Fantastic semi-detached house located in a very family-friendly and quiet area, with beautiful sea views. It is just 1.5 km from the beach and 4 km from the center of Begur, an ideal location to enjoy the Costa Brava.
The property is distributed over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to a large terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing outdoors. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, with a capacity for up to 8 people (6 single beds and 1 bunk bed). The master bedroom has access to a private terrace with sea views. This floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The property is part of a community with a 7 x 11 m swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the summer months.

belle maison sans clim, super piscine collective, on a passé un trés bon séjour. par contre la maison est loin de tout, voiture imperative, plage à 30 minutes à pied.
