Possible 4th bed in the armchair bed in the living room. COMMON AREAS: On the ground floor LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine, iron and ironing board, LARGE TERRACE for hanging out and being outdoors. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL for guests of Casa Valle and Podere Il Luogo at Podere il Luogo less than 2 km from Scansano. The bed and bath linen, if not brought by guests, costs 10 euros per person
