Casa Rose is a large old rambling house in the heart of the tiny picturesque village of Cassano.
There are stunning mountain views from the balcony that runs along the front of the property.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on either side of the house. This is ideal for 2 families. Each pair of rooms has interconnecting doors and has a double room and a room with 2 single beds. There is a
bathroom adjacent to each suite, one with a shower and one with a bath with shower above.
One suite leads to the front courtyard and one directly to the balcony.
In between the bedrooms is a large airy living/dining room with the possibility of using the divan as an extra bed. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine and leads out to the balcony.
The balcony runs along the front of the house and has tables and chairs.
Although the house is not detached it is completely private with its own entrance from a quiet pedestrian street.
There is a large private courtyard as you enter the property with table, chairs and umbrella. Having outdoor areas at either side of the house means you can find or avoid the sun at all times of the day.
Access to the house is a 2 min walk from a car parking area down 10 shallow steps and 50m along a tiny street. Be aware it would not be suitable for the elderly or frail. There is no wheelchair access. The house has wifi. There is no TV.
