Villa Topaz is a beautiful 1 Bedroom retreat with a salt water swimming pool and jetted plunge pool in the Laem Set area in the south of the island.
The villa has a lovely blend of living, with 2 Living and Dining areas, one is outdoor and the second one is indoor with air conditioning. Both of these areas have a large SMART TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There is a fully fitted Western style Kitchen, en-suite Bedroom with air conditioning, salt water swimming pool with a jetted seating area, Lotus pond, barbecue and lush tropical garden.
Villa Topaz has been designed all on one level to make easy living accommodation for guests. It is an idyllic and romantic getaway for couples.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings, with a 7-minute stroll to the calm and shallow coastline or a brief drive to Lamai's expansive beach.
Enjoy fine dining either in the open-plan living area or the air-conditioned indoor dining space. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern facilities , ensures a great culinary experience. The en-suite bedroom offers a king-size bed, teak furnishings, and French doors opening onto the pool area, providing a lovely view of swaying palm trees.
The villa's spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate large bathtub. Outside there is the private 5 x 7 metre saltwater swimming pool, with added jetted seating area and a built-in outdoor gas barbecue.

All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. There is no insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure that they also have their own comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance, and appropriate driving documentation for Thailand.
All our vehicles will have a full tank of petrol for you. Please ensure that you return the vehicle at the end of your stay with a full tank.
Nowhere on the island is more than 45 mins away. The villa is on the quieter part of the island and makes driving a more pleasurable experience.

I moved in 2005 to Koh Samui from Cirencester in the UK. I travelled to Thailand and other countries in this part of the world from 1990. From the places I visited Koh Samui became clearly my favourite destination.
Inspired by the opportunity for business I made the decision to move to Koh Samui and develop a new rental enterprise.
I created my own Flooring business when living in Cirencester. During this time I was also heavily involved in property development and property rental. This became a strong passion of mine, having created a large number of varying style properties in the UK. It was at this time I sought a new challenge and the idea and opportunity of moving to Koh Samui arose.
Since moving to the island I have created 15 properties, of which there are 9 luxury villas for rental, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with their own swimming pools, four with spectacular ocean views, and all with an individual and tropical style. This collection of stunning villas are known as Peacefulvillas.
There have been a great many challenges in developing villas in a vastly different culture and environment in which I was brought up in. The challenges at times have been stressful, demanding and exhausting! The rewards however have far outweighed the challenges and have been able to stretch my creativity and inspiration.
Living on the island and surrounded by the beautiful, tropical nature I don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. Peacefulvillas keeps me strongly motivated and busy every day, where I enjoy to meet people from all over the world who come to stay, and often return to one of our villas.
I have only returned to Europe twice in 20 years of living on the island. One was for three days in Milan and another for 24hrs in Madrid, both to watch the mighty Spurs play in the Champions League !!!!

At the villa you have many pleasures to enjoy, ie sitting by the poolside, enjoying a barbecue, shopping in a local Thai market for fresh fish and meat to cook on the barbecue and exploring this unique local area.
The location of Villa Topaz is ideal for those who want to experience authentic Thai culture. The villa is in the south, which is a quieter part of the island. There are many places to explore with peaceful local beaches, fishing villages, Rum Distillery, Thai family run restaurants and the beautiful Laem Sor Pagoda to visit, with many other lovely places.
Amphoe Ko Samui Stadium, 5 min drive away, has popular sports events, where visitors can come to watch the activities.
