Residenza Marano is a charming new building, located in the town of Cupra Marittima, only 350 mt. from the beach, on the side of the old medioeval town of Marano. The Guest House built with attention to details, good taste and refinement, is located in a large enclosed courtyard, surrounded by green.
At guests' disposal: swimming pool with a sunbathing area, gym, private parking area, laundry, Wi-Fi
This flat "Granchio" is on the ground floor, on the west side.
It is smartly furnished with a careful eye for the details. The parquet makes the colours of the walls look brighter. The bedrooms are perfect to have some rest since they are painted in soft colours. The livingroom is instead white so that the orange furnitures are in perfect contrast.
Composed of: living room with a kitchenette, bathroom, two bedrooms, porch for outdoor dining.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und hat dementsprechend viel Platz geboten. Zusätzlich bietet der große Balkon einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Gegenüber der Wohnungen gibt es einen Fitnessraum mit einigen Geräten, sowie einen kleinen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine. Ebenso gibt es eine Panorama-Terasse, die einen noch besseren Blick aufs Meer ermöglicht. Die Wohnung, sowie das ganze Grundstücke waren absolut sauber und sehr schön gepflegt. Highlight ist natürlich der Poolbereich, der sehr schön gestaltet ist. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles auch fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Inhaberin Elke und ihrer Tochter Alessia für diesen wunderschönen uns super erholsamen Urlaub. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Veramente bello
vacanza andata benissimo, appartamento grande, funzionale, pulito, assistenza eccellente....la TV aveva smesso di funzionare e ce ne hanno portata una nuova in giornata. Privacy e tranquillità, a pochi minuti dal mare e bello che ci fosse la piscina sempre ben curata.
Da ripetersi assolutamente ...anche a detta del pelosetto a 4 zampe che era con noi

Optimale Lage
Alles in der Anlage war hervorragend.
Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Lage zum Ort ist perfekt, man kann ihn problemlos zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Zeitraum, während der der Pool nicht benutzt werden darf, sollte verkürzt werden, z.B. von 13.30 bis 15.30 Uhr.

Très beau logement
L'appartement était très propre et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée et la piscine. La mer est proche, entre 5 et 10 min à pied. Alessia est très gentille et à l'écoute.
Nous recommandons sans aucun problème.

Mooi en comfortabel appartement in Residentie Marano
Ruim en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Op loopafstand van het dorp Cupra Marrittima en het strand. Gastvrije ontvangst door de familie daar. Al met al een prima vakantie gehad hier!

Wir haben unsern Urlaub in Juni verbracht . War sehr warm und sonnig . Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben und würden sehr gerne dahin wieder fahren . Das ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit voller Ausstattung . Eine sehr schöne , saubere und bequeme Einrichtung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Terasse ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber . ICH KANN NUR WEITER EMPFEHLEN ::)))
