The La Collina residence consists of two buildings divided into several apartments and an apartment next to the swimming pool. The Castagna apartment is located on the second floor of the pink house and has a wonderful lake view. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 children's bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bright, comfortable living area and a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake.
All apartments have a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The garden with the fabulous panoramic infinity pool makes you feel in a small corner of paradise in complete relaxation and after a nice swim you can delight yourself with a barbecue with friends in the nearby barbecue area.
The property has several common areas including: panoramic outdoor infinity pool, parking, barbecue area, bicycle shelter area, outdoor and indoor play area, large garden and laundry.
