Tucked away in the heart of Argyll Forest Park, in Whistlefield, Ash Lodge is a cosy log cabin offering a peaceful escape in the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. With breathtaking views of the surrounding natural woodlands, this charming retreat is perfect for couples, nature lovers, and outdoor adventurers.
Wake up to panoramic woodland views, unwind in your private outdoor hot tub, and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the forest. Whether you're hiking scenic trails, cycling through the park, fishing on the Loch Eck, or simply relaxing on the covered balcony deck with a glass of wine.

Step into a warm and welcoming space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. An open-plan dining and living area with comfortable seating, electric heating, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and fridge.
A bright and comfy double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and mirror.
Bathroom features a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, and toilet. Newly renovated in January 2026.
Outdoor bliss: Step outside to your private gated decked balcony, complete with an inviting hot tub and outdoor furniture. (Steps down from deck to hot tub).
Dine alfresco: Whether you're sipping wine under the stars or enjoying a morning breakfast with birdsong, Ash Lodge offers the perfect setting to unwind.
Dog-Friendly: Bring your well behaved furry friend along! Note maximum two small dogs allowed. £30 per pet per stay , or one large dog only. Just bring their towels and bedding. Secured gated deck to keep your pet safe. If unsure please enquire prior to booking.
Nature lovers: Watch for bird life, red squirrels and local wildlife in the surrounding forest.
Outdoor adventures: From your doorstep, explore a world of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle through scenic forest trails. Fish or kayak on Loch Eck. Access to Loch Eck is via the Whistlefield Inn car parking area, please take care when crossing the road to access the loch.
