Lovely apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and a balcony with a beautiful view between Cologne and Bonn.
Bedroom number one with a double bed, bedroom number two with two single beds, and a living room with a comfortable double bed sofa. This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, who can sleep on the double sofa with a bed size of 140 x 200 cm.
The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and it is located in the city of Wesseling, which is 10 km from Cologne and 10 km from Bonn. Please note that the apartment does not have any parking spaces, but on the main street, there are many free parking spaces.
I can organize a shuttle for you from/to the airport, trade fair, central station, Phantasy Land in Brühl, Brühl Castle, and other destinations.

We take extra cleaning measures, ensuring everything is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Additionally, the property features hand disinfectors.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang zur Schlüsselübergabe war sehr nett, der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor und während des Aufenthalts unkompliziert. Als Luxus-Wohnung würden wir die Wohnung nicht betiteln. Dafür ist die Einrichtung nicht hochwertig genug und der Balkon ungepflegt. Wohl haben wir uns aber trotzdem gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk, ohne Fahrstuhl. Ein Parkplatz stellte man uns nicht zur Verfügung. Das hätte besser kommuniziert werden können. Im Wohngebiet konnten wir eine Seitenstraße weiter einen öffentlichen Parkplatz erhaschen. Die Anbindung der Öffis ist gut erreichbar. In 30 min ist man damit in Köln.

Sauberes Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr sauberes Apartment zwischen Köln und Bonn. Mit nur wenigen Autofahrminuten kann man alles erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Bei aĺlen Fragen war er ständig erreichbar und konnte sofort helfen. Im Apartment ist alles was.man braucht.

Die FeWo entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten und - gerätschaften lag über dem Durchschnitt. Beim Geschirr wäre jedoch noch Ergänzungsbedarf: Milchkännchen, Zuckerdose, Eierbecher, -löffel. Angenehm waren die Matratzen, die nicht durchgelegen waren. Das WLAN war schnell.

Luxus Appartement? Nein, aber........

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sehr gute und verkehrsgünstige Lage, schöne Raumaufteilung. Alles soweit wie beschrieben. Leider ist die Ausstattung schon recht abgewohnt, einige Beschädigungen waren vorhanden. Was in der Anzeige überhaupt nicht erwähnt wurde war die Tatsache das dass Appartement in der vierten Etage "ohne" Fahrstuhl lag was bei längerem Aufenthalt mit viel Gepäck eine sehr sportliche Herausforderung wird, besonders wenn man schon etwas Lebensälter! Ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt, vielleicht die Anzeige mal überarbeiten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung!!!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sauberes ruhiges Haus. In der Wohnung ist sauber, es giebt alles mögliches wie Zuhause , man braucht nur eigene Bekleidung und welches Lebensmittel. Super Zimmer Verteilung. Kommunikation ist problemlos gelaufen. Gerne wieder!!! Danke für eine gemütliche Wohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Süden von Köln

Die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt ruhig in einem äußeren Wohnviertel von Wesseling. Das schöne Brühl liegt quasi gleich nebenan, aber es ist auch weit nach Köln oder nach Bonn. In die Eifel braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 45 min. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ nur wenig vermissen, und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern/Verwaltern war recht angenehm und unkompliziert.

Een compleet appartement en fijn contact met de eigenaar en zijn zus, die twee verdiepingen lager woont. Er waren wat kleine dingetjes niet gemaakt (la van een nachtkastje lag er af en de vuilnisbak kon niet gesloten worden). Omdat er geen ventilatie was in de badkamer, had het voor ons een onaangename geur. Voor de rest een prima verblijf. In de buurt een mooi park, maar voor een gezellig centrum, kun je beter richting Brühl rijden.
