The kitchen was amazing, the outside was not closed off but Isabelle made a plan for us so the dog would not get out. My only recommendation is that there was only a two seater couch which made it uncomfortable for three of us - two adults and a teen to sit and chill. I would recommend an arm chair.

Ideal for a couple as described it’s small but fine for 2 adults. Quiet place, which what we wanted, close to the beautiful water and small beach. Boulangerie 5 min walk. All in all. a lovely tranquil place to slow down. Isabelle was great on communication . Merci Isabelle,

Not so clean as it should be

The house was much smaller as the picture showed. Bathroom much to small and dirty, mold, shower device was not working as it should. Missed good chairs inside and out.

Je suis désolée que la maison ne vous ait pas convenu. C est une petite et ancienne maison de pêcheur comme il est précisé sur l annonce et les photos la montrent telle qu' elle est. Il n y a aucune volonté de cacher quoi que ce soit. Elle est habilitée CLEVACANCES ce qui garantit un niveau d'exigence de propreté et de confort et je peux vous assurer que je prends un soin tout particulier sur la propreté de la maison.

Ein hübsches Häuschen. Im Erdgeschoss ein großer Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit gut ausgestatteter offener Küche, das Bad mit Dusche/WC und eine teilweise geschlossene Terrasse. Für uns 2 Personen mit Hund vollkommen ausreichend. Im Obergeschoss wird es durch die Dachschrägen etwas eng, es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, ein WC mit Miniwaschbecken hinter einem Vorhang. Eine sehr steile und schmale Stiege führt hinauf, da sollte man noch gut zu Fuß und nicht sehr übergewichtig sein. - Für uns stellte das kein Problem dar und wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, zumal der kleine örtliche Strand in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen war.

Nous sommes restés très contents de notre séjour chez Isabelle.Tout était conforme à la description et aux photos. Le logement est équipé de tout ce qui est indispensable, il y a même le lave -linge. Le gîte est cosy et décoré avec le goût. La propreté impeccable.

La cuisine est bien équipée ; les chaises très dures ainsi que le mini canapé manque de confort pour se poser !L'escalier bien évidemment n'est pas pratique du tout à réserver aux jeunes sans enfants . Aucun rangement pour défaire les valises . Manque de soleil dans la pièce principale qui est bien sombre par temps couvert , un peu de soleil le matin et le soir par la vitre de la porte. La courette n'est pas fermée par un petit portail un problème quand on a un chien . Le parking est vraiment très limité et les habitants à l'année l'occupent en priorité ; Devant la maison une place réservé mais manque de chance notre voiture a été emboutie et le responsable n'a pas laissé son adresse . Les chambres très petites et mansardées . Maison prévue pour 4 personnes ,à deux on se bouscule déjà ! L'ensemble de la maison est propre .

Je suis très sincèrement navrée que ma petite maison n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. En revanche j'ai du mal à comprendre votre note la plus basse qu'on puisse attribuer, à savoir une seule étoile . Je me permets donc de reprendre point par point vos motifs d'insatisfaction qui méritent cette note selon vous. "Les chaises sont dures", effectivement ce sont des chaises et non des fauteuils, je pourrais effectivement rajouter des coussins, je le note "Le mini-canapé est inconfortable", c'est effectivement un petit canapé car il s'adapte aux dimensions de ma petite maison. Désolée que malgré les gros coussins supplémentaires, cela ne vous a pas convenu. "La maison est froide et triste" quand il n'y a pas de soleil. Vous avez quand même eu un temps plutôt ensoleillé pendant votre séjour, donc du soleil dès 8h30 le matin jusqu'à 14h côté est et du soleil jusqu'à son coucher côté ouest, ce qui rend la maison très lumineuse. "Votre véhicule en stationnement a été endommagé" et je comprends tout à fait votre mécontentement mais en quoi suis je responsable de cette incivilité ? "La maison est trop petite" il est bien indiqué que c'est une petite maison Et j'ai souvent des familles avec des enfants, des couples entre amis, des retraités. Effectivement l'escalier est pentu et là aussi c'est bien specifié sur l'annonce. Et pour finir votre appréciation sévère ne reflète pas du tout tous les commentaires positifs laissés par les autres vacanciers.

Es hat für mich alles gepasst.Der Check-In- sowie der Check-Out-Vorhang waren völlig unkompliziert.Die Gastgeberin, Isabelle, ist sehr nett und hat bei allen Fragen hervorragend und zeitnah unterstützt. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand ist einfach prima.

Quartier calme, début du sentier côtier à 100m idéal pour pour se balader avec les chiens phare table d'orientation Vue sur l'Ile de Groix plage du port (idéal pour faire du paddle).Animations pendant le weekend du 15 août.La très belle plage du Pérello est à environ 1 à 1,5km avec un beau sable presque blanc et voir pailleté.
