About this property

Old barn of 75 sqm. renovated in the hills around Siena, in the open countryside between olive groves and vineyards, just 5km from the gates of the city. The house is independent and overlooks a large garden. A shady pergola allows you to have lunch outdoors. Parking is private. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. A large staircase leads to the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower and toilet
