Great apartment located within a short walk to all the restaurants. A big supermarket is within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and pool are really nice, internet is also fast. Check-in was easy with the instructions and key box.

We had a very pleasant stay at Penthouse Rosas 1C (2 couples). The penthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from a big supermarket and 15 mins to the beach promenade. The kitchen is super well equipped and everything is nicely furnished. The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Communication with Dickinson Villas was very uncomplicated and friendly and when we discovered that the Nespresso machine was defective, it was exchanged within a day. Overall a clear recommendation! The faucet in the downstairs bathroom was quite calcified. The wooden flooring on the terrace had a few loose beams and I hurt myself on one of them.

Great Location and kitchen well equipped

Some of the items outdoor probably need updating eg table and chairs on roof terrace. Hot tub turned green in the 2nd week and was unusable - need to provide instructions and have someone check the chlorine levels at intervals throughout the stay.
