Apartment next to the beach in a quiet area of Carboneras, Playa de los Roncaores, next to the Torre del Rayo.
Ideal for couples, it has a double bedroom and sofa bed; large terrace of 12 square meters very nice.

The town of Carboneras is nestled in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar, surrounded by beautiful beaches and many of them in virgin state.

The apartment is located by the sea at a quiet end of the town's beaches, with very nice views.

It is an ideal destination for people who enjoy the sea swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sailing, excursions.

There are coves and nudist beaches in the surroundings.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tus vacaciones, la limpieza excelente, la localización inmejorable, desayunar todos los días en la terraza con vistas al mar es un lujo, localización tranquila pero cerca la zona de bares, restaurantes y tiendas, la playa al lado, incluso tiene unas escaleras justo enfrente del apartamento para bajar a la playa, y el trato y la comunicación con Luis, excelente, nos recibió personalmente, nos explicó todo al detalle, nos recomendó lugares de interés en los alrededores.Nosotros estuvimos 5 días y toda nuestra estancia de ha sido genial.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Luis qui nous a très bien reçu. L'emplacement est idéal avec la mer face à la terrasse, l'appartement est très très propre, rien à signaler, lit très confortable, linge de maison impeccable. Merci à Luis que nous n'avons pas pu revoir lors de notre départ, mais nous reviendrons. Vous pouvez louer cet appartement les yeux fermés, c'est parfait. Chantal et Patrice.

Superlocatie met uitzicht op zee en rustige buurt.

Wij hebben genoten van de rust en prachtie omgeving tijdens ons verblijf. Appartement is top en Luis een zeer attente gastheer!

Herrliches Apartment in traumhafter Umgebung

Bei der Anreise wurden wir schon an der Straße empfangen. Luis hat uns nützliches über die Umgebung erzählt und uns Reiseführer und Karten zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Strand, eine kleine Treppe runter, ist herrlich, das Wasser sehr sauber und relativ ruhiger Seegang. Mit dem SUP kann man kleine Strände der Steilküste exklusiv erreichen. Schon nach kurzem Strandspaziergang erreicht man zahlreiche nette günstige Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar Fischbesteck und Steakmesser. Die Wohnung ist gut isoliert und im Winter warm genug. Auf der Terrasse kann man direkt den Sonnenaufgang überm Meer erleben. Bis zum Abend ist die Terrasse angenehm sonnig und windgeschützt. Im Haus sind nette ruhige einheimische Bewohner, die ihrer täglichen Arbeit nachgehen. Dadurch ist es im Winter nicht so ausgestorben, wie in manchen Touristenanlagen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

MI EXPERIENCIA

El apartamento en general muy bien, la ubicación desde las fotos da sensación de estar frente al mar, siendo en realidad de vista lateral, existiendo un acantilado que impide ver la playa. El acceso a la misma, es algo distante para los que alquilen en temporada de verano.

Excellent apartment. Clean & modern. Well equiped.

This apartment did exactly what it said on the tin ! Nice views from terrace, cross the road & on the beach, nice quiet area and we found the whole experience fantastic. Even when the A/C/Heating broke down, we rang the key holder, reported it and within 5 mins an engineer turned up ! It turned out the fault was to do with the building control & needed a part so, half an hour later, the key holder made a special trip to deliver us a mobile heater ! Within a day or 2 the problem with the main control was fixed - brilliant service ! Amazing sea views from terrace - enjoyed breakfasts watching sunrises ! We would have deducted half a star rating because there was no internet and it was a fair stroll into town but, in the end, the quality of the apartment and the service we received from the owners, made these issues unimportant - was actually nice to not to think about emails, web sites etc..and we got used to doing a part beach/part road walk to town & back anyway! Overall - great week had and looking forward to revisiting !
