Our beautiful award winning thatched cottage, with its own private secure garden and play area, is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty a couple of minutes walk from the golden sandy beach of Putsborough Sands. Our Grade II listed Cottage has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom – sleeps 4 plus cot.

Our lovely listed cottage is full of character with lots of original features like flagstone floors, beamed ceilings and wood burner. It has been well equipped and fully refurbished is a country style which compliments the character of the cottage.

The entrance leads to the large lounge and dining area on one side and the kitchen on the other (a step down) and there is a guest cloakroom off.  The large lounge is very comfortable with two leather sofas and a log burner in the fireplace with lovely aspects over the adjoining gardens and a dining area with table and seating for 6. (TV and DVD player and freeview channels, full SkyTV package ).  A beautifully appointed kitchen with Neff appliances and granite work surfaces also have a south facing window overlooking garden. The downstairs bathroom is finished in green slate with a spa bath and shower over.

Upstairs two cosy bedrooms overlook the gardens, one with a super kingsize bed, dressing table, wardrobe and TV, the other with either two singles or a zip and link super king bed and a large chest of drawers .

The garden is peaceful, with childrens play area and use of a private tennis court, a bbq and sheltered seating area completes the picture and gives you a great place to holiday and chill out after a busy day on the beach a few hundred yards away.
