Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to have fun !!
Rustic house located in the center of the island. Beautiful views of the "Serra de la Tramontana", declared world heritage by UNESCO. At 1.5 km from the town of Binissalem.
Quiet, cozy house, with lots of sun and very spacious ground floor with swimming pool with 15m swimming lane. and pressure water jet cannon for massage, terrace, barbecue, tennis court, table tennis, pool table and 2 porches.
Warm parquet floor, fireplace and heating that makes it ideal in winter too.

The town of Binissalem is 1.5 km from the house. Binissalem has a lot of charm both day and night. Village located at the foot of the mountains of the "Serra de Tramontana". We can visit its old town and relax in a bar in the square. There is weekly market every Friday.
We cannot stop tasting the tapas provided by the restaurants around the square every Thursday night.
The town is famous for its high quality wine that has obtained the Designation of Origin of Binissalem wine. Being a wine town we can visit its wineries and taste some wines. In Mallorca, the Harvest Festival is celebrated, celebrated in Binissalem throughout the month of September.
In addition, it is a town of stone artisans, so the "Stone Fair" is very beautiful, where artisans teach us their work in stone, it is always celebrated on the last weekend of May.
Another festival of Binissalem is that of Sant Jaume, on July 25.
Do not forget to see the small town of Biniagual 1.5 km from the house, saves the origins of an old town, (I attached photo).

The villa is located just 25 minutes from beautiful beaches and the city of Palma. In addition to cycling enthusiasts and families with the illusion of riding a bicycle, the house is located on a registered cycling route in Mallorca. Ideal for athletes as it also has a tennis court, pin pon, swimming pool with lane for swimming.

sehr schöne Finca

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Grundstück mit dem Garten und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt, das Haus ist großzügig und bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr (z. B. auch Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, eingelassene Badewanne mit Whirlpool usw). Die Lage fanden wir auch gut, weil man sehr zentral ist und vieles innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr nette und liebe Vermieterin; sie ist super bemüht, kümmert sich ganz toll und hat uns mehrmals morgens leckere mallorquinische Köstlichkeiten an die Tür gehängt. Wir können das Hause sehr empfehlen.

Finca zum Verlieben ...

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in der Finca S'Argela verbracht und es war "super guad"!!! Die Finca ist ein riesiges Anwesen, wo man schon beim Reinfahren mit dem Auto "geflasht" wird ...! Obstbäume, Blumenwiesen mit Hühnern, Tennisplatz, Super - Pool mit schönem Holzsteg und das traumhafte Steinhaus ...! Innen ist es genauso gemütlich wie draußen ... man kann echt nur schwärmen! Cati, die Hausbesitzerin ist sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht!! Sie ist mit Herz und Seele in diesem Haus. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, liebe Cati und Familie! Liebe Grüße aus Österreich!
