Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach “Els Molins” in Dénia.
It is a comfortable and cozy independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, so you can enjoy a holiday all year round.
On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room and on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private pool as well as a cozy terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for holidays with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The excellent location of the villa means that you have all the destinations at hand, both the beach, which you can access on foot, and other towns and cities.
The long golden sand beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite with families. Kids have plenty of space to play in the sand to their heart's content, while the shallow waters make it safe for swimming, snorkeling and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the beach bar and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The city of Dénia is just 5km away. . Among the numerous tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Dénia named “Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO” has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to walk and enjoy its views of the sea and its imposing castle.

Todo genial! Excepto el colchón!
La casa es una gozada, es cómoda, amplia, muy bien situada, la piscina una maravilla, distintos servicios muy cerca. Las playas próximas nos han encantado.
El colchón de la cama doble y la almohada.
La presión del agua de la ducha de arriba.
Apareció alguna cucaracha en la cocina….

Ubicación en una zona tranquila, buen estado de la casa, correcta la limpieza en general.
Lo peor los horarios de entrada y salida, no puedes acceder hasta las 16h y tienes que abandonar a las 10h.
El horario de entrada y salida lo primero.
Hay que ir renovando y arreglando los pequeños desperfectos para que no vayan a más.
