Excelente ubicación
El apartamento era tan amplio y cómodo como se observaba en las fotos. Bien situado y muy limpio.
El único punto negativo fue el trato con la inmobiliaria que para hacer el check-in in situ nos cobró un plus ( hecho que jamás me había ocurrido en las demás ocasiones que he contratado con Home and away) y solo nos proporcionó un juego de llaves para 7 personas. Al día siguiente tuve que personarme en la oficina a buscar un segundo juego.
Además había obras de derribo y reforma en un apartamento en el mismo bloque de 8:00 a 16:00 y ni se nos avisó, ni se nos compensó en manera alguna por las molestias. Estuvimos padeciendo golpes y más golpes durante los días laborables de la única semana de vacaciones en familia que disfrutamos al año.

Como indica, para proceder con el check- in sin pasar por nuestras oficina, siendo directamente en el apartamento se ha de abonar el suplemento que indica. Nos agrada que haya disfrutado del apartamento, como menciona, es muy amplio y confortable, con estancias e instalaciones suficientes para disfrutar de una magnífica estancia en Cádiz. Indicar, que las obras que mencionan, se realizaban en un apartamento completamente ajeno a la propiedad, disponiendo el propietario del apartamento en obras de todos los permisos respectivos, por lo que no nos hacemos responsables de las mismas.
