The chalet Chaleur is very conveniently located at the ski resort Clos du Pré and was completely renovated and renewed in the autumn of 2015 and equipped with unlimited fast WIFI!

The chalet has an area of over 105m2 and can accommodate 10 people. Also, the chalet has two very luxurious bathrooms, one with bath and shower plus double sink and one with shower and sink, two separate toilets, one with sink. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (hood, dishwasher, washing machine, XL fridge, microwave, oven and 5 burner induction cooker) and very large inventory. There is also a spacious, cozy living room with fireplace, satellite or cable. v. and stereo set incl. CD player. The heated ski storage room (also for the ski boots) can be found in the entrance.
The chalet has three cozy bedrooms with 2 single beds each and one bedroom with 4 single beds; three rooms with views over the valley and one large bedroom for 4 people cozy under the hood overlooking the slopes and valley. Synthetic duvets and pillows are available.


The entire chalet has tiled floors and underfloor heating. Everything is perfectly insulated and the two 300-liter boilers always guarantee a nice warm bath or shower; also for the 10th person!

Many rustic things have been emphasized: the wooden beams that carry the roof are intentionally left in sight. The finish of the ground floor is kept in style with natural stone. The pillars that support the balcony remind us of the way in which farmers built their 'grange' here.

The chalet, with its extra large balconies, is conveniently located in relation to the sun and the slopes and has a magnificent view of the Massif de Belledonne and the Eau d'Olle valley.
