Descripción apartamento:
These open plan apartments are located close to the metro, making it easy and convenient to visit the city. Situated on the 3rd floor, without lift, the apartment has been recently reformed with a modern and contemporary design, making it ideal for couples or small families. It has twin beds, bathroom with shower, a spacious balcony, lounge-dining room with a double sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchenette.

It is a very central tourist and leisure zone, with beaches, as well as prestigious restaurants and bars to have a drink while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean, whilst the Olympic Village, the Port, Ciudadella Park and Barcelona Zoo are just a short walk away.

Barceloneta Beach IV Apartments are located at Barceloneta Beach, the traditional fishing and seafaring neighbourhood renowned for its restaurants and bars offering wonderful products of the sea.

The apartments are well communicated, with metro and train lines and bus routes that go to the city's most emblematic places.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. We stopped into their office for assistance with an issue (nothing to do with the apartment) and they were extremely helpful! Would definitely rent from them again.

Convenient Location

We were in Barcelona to see some of the America's Cup races. The location of this property worked well for us, as it was an easy walk to Port Olimpic and to Port Vell where the AC events took place. It felt like an authentic part of the city, with a mix of locals and tourists. The unit would benefit from a small nightstand in between the twin beds, a proper coffee table, and a larger couch. But overall it met our needs.

I booked this apartment for my parents and they really liked it! It’s a studio apartment, and you can see that it’s recently renovated: everything was spotless and perfectly functional. The balcony is quite long and it’s perfect to enjoy the sight of the see, and chill. The check-in procedure was contactless and super convenient to go through. The stairs (usually in old building they can be steep and scary) are actually very easy to climb since the steps are wide. It’s located in a beautiful street which is not accessible by cars, has a lot of restaurants and cafes where you can have delicious meals from tapas, to pizza, to açai bowls. La Barceloneta is definitely my favourite place in the city and the apartment is a stone’s throw away from the beach, so you can just go out and have long walk on the seashore and promenade. One of the power socket (next to the table) was not working well, but for the rest: amazing stay, although a tad bit of expensive, I would definitely recommend that!

This is a cute little apartment located in a lovely residential part of town, just a stone's throw from the sea. I personally love the area as it has more of a local feel, rather than being overly touristic. The property itself is basic and has everything you need. Perfect for a little getaway. The hosts were very responsive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Penso que poderiam colocar uns tapetes ou algo para tornar ao local ainda mais confortável.
