stay at flat 3 !!!
flat ok. kitchen lacks basic items such as pint pyrex jug, pyrex dishto heat milk, make gravy etc etc,no hair dryer, basin in ensuite had grime round sides not properly washed out. key safe far too far away for us disabled and a pain for others too. key safe needs to be located on wall near side gate, hidden in dummy bird box. as weather changed for worst we left Wednesday, would not recommend as far too expensive for what it is, and now found other places with sea view for around £800 per week. Sofas, not ideal could do with one by wall having higher back would make it comfortable for adults, Double bed could do with mattress topper ,and protector. We used to own bnb in north yorkshire and have our guest book full of great reviews....

If you want to be near the beach this is the one for you!
Southbourne Beach is superb. The apartment has everything you need and is very nicely appointed. We were very happy that we enjoyed the two terraces and wonderful walks on the beach plus it's proximity to everything. My only small niggle is the checkout time is the too early. It is not fair to expect people to check out by 10 am it should be 11 am as check-in is 3 pm so that gives plenty of time to do the cleaning. It was a real rush to have breakfast, tidy, finish the packing and get everything in the car. We were on holiday I don't want to be getting up at 7 am.
