Enjoy your own private dock along Northern Michigan's Inland Waterway on Indian River. Dock your boat out front and hop in for a short trip down the into the beautiful Burt Lake.

This house features 6 bedrooms, (2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full) and 3 full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Garage is filled with toys to make your stay complete. Fish right off the dock or float down the river in some tubes!

Plenty of room to gather everyone around the dining room table for a meal or a game of cards. TV hutch is stocked with board games for some good 'ole fashioned family fun!

House is part of a private club that gives you access to a private beach, tennis courts and playground. Enjoy freshly cooked meals at the Clubhouse or down by the lake at the Beach House.

Watch the boats go by on the screened in porch or relax in the hot tub after watching the magical sunset. Guaranteed to make a lifetime of family memories that will yearn to return year after year.
