About this property

Stunning Holiday chalet with outstanding sea views

This villa is in a perfect location on the Benalmadena Costa and close to local attractions. The house is divided into two floors and has WiFi, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The master bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and a balcony facing south with views of the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for romantic moments. The other two bedrooms have two beds and have a balcony. The cozy living room is comfortable, has a place of fire but also air conditioning and sliding glass doors with access to the terrace where you will find a lounge, a table and sunbeds for sunbathing. From here see the Mediterranean Sea and the pool and gardens of the urbanization is very quiet and peaceful. The beautiful sandy beaches are only a five minute walk from the villa.
The villa is suitable for all ages and golf courses are within easy reach, as well as nightclubs, casino etc. The villa is still enough for peace and quiet when you wanted to seclude it. The main shopping area is a few minutes walk away.

Lovely stay in Benalmádena

Had a lovely 4 day break in this property. Fernando allowed us to check in early as we had a very early flight. The property is in a lovely residential location, about 5 mins walk down hill to a little beach and great bar/restaurant ‘Yucas’. Supermarket is also only a 5 min walk. Bus on the main rd takes you into Benalmádena and the harbour. The property itself is clean and tidy, however is a bit dated and could do with a bit of a renovation. There’s a great outdoor area and upstairs balcony to sit in the sun. The only down side was there was not enough hot water for the 7 of us to shower in the evening! Fernando answered all our questions promptly prior to our visit! This is a good base to visit Benalmádena, old town, Marbella and other sights. Thank you

Few days away

Had a lovely 5 days in Spain, property location good but not where it says on the map, this didn’t bother us but worth checking for some due to hills and further out of the centre than noted. Fernando very helpful, thank you. Property had nice outside area with good views and well equipped.

4 week winter break

Property very spacious with great outdoor terrace overlooking pool and fabulous sea views. House had everything we needed although I feel bathrooms are now in need of updating. Would recommend hiring a car as approach roads to the property are very steep. A very enjoyable holiday, Fernando could not have been more helpful. I would point out that the location of the property as shown on the "HomeAway "web site in completely inaccurate and is about 2kms from the shown position, fortunately for us this was not a problem.

Home from home

Very warm welcome from Fernandez on our arrival, even though it was very late. spent most of our time on the large terrace which was a real sun trap, supermarket nearby as was the bus stop and beach. Fab place for a quick get a way , but the hilly area would become too much if you were there for a couple of weeks !

Fantastic property.

Lovely property in a gated apartment complex. Nice and spacious for all our 8 guests. easy to find thanks to fernandos brilliant directions. A place to park a car and only a short stroll to the beach/bars. Air-conditioned in lounge and a massive canopy on the terrace for shade on the hot days. Communal pool to use that was clean and tidy. The owner is awesome good directions and happy to accommodate our needs.All in all a pleasant place to stay. Will be coming back. Thankyou.
