ORANGE HOUSE AMALFI CENTER

The house Degli Aranci is located in the centre of Amalfi, on the ground floor of a 19th century building. The house have a private terrace surrounding by orange trees (equipped with deck chairs, table, large sunshade and barbecue). The beautiful apartment has three bed rooms and four bathrooms, a big living room with a Tv corner, a kitchen light and well fornitured Wifi



the guests will have access in all the rooms of the apartment. we'll be happy to give any information about the house and the city during the check in. After the hours 20.00 pm the cost of check in will have a surcharge of 35 which will be collected upon arrival in the apartment We ask the payment of 1,50 euro per night per person as city taxes

The most important monument in Amalfi is the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Andrew, with the great staircase made of 57 steps, the dreamed destination of all the lovers of the world.

The house consists of two levels and It is composed by: a big living room with a table, sofas and balcony overlooking the terrace. From here you can reach: a bedroom with a double bed room (closed by a door made in glass), preceded by a anteroom with two single beds; an intermediate floor with a second room with two single beds or double beds (this room is isolate and closed by a door and window overlooking the anteroom) and two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with shower); a very well equipped kitchen; from the kitchen there is an access to another bath room with shower; from the living room, other steps take you to a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, It is located on the same level of the intermediate floor but completely independent. Finely furnished with antique furniture and decorated in perfect mediterranean style, the apartment is equipped with television, internet, washing machine, dish washing machine. Cool and warm air conditioned only in one room. EXTRA COSTS: Air conditioning to be paid locally. Tourist tax of 1.5 per person per day. Late check in fee of 25 after 8pm

We receive personally our guests. we give them all the informations about the apartment and the area. We give them a list of restaurants, and a city map, at the arrival time in the apartment.
