Positioned in a very quiet area, this Villa offers the possibility of using private parking with three parking spaces in case you travel by your own means, with a fenced garden with a swimming pool and barbecue area.



The house is located a short distance from the lake and offers all the comforts and accessories necessary to make your lake stay unforgettable. The property is spread over three floors; on the ground floor, it offers a spacious living area with two double sofa beds, TV and dining table, while the kitchen, completely independent and fully equipped, is available for guests who love to indulge in cooking. The sleeping area is divided into three rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with a bunk bed each.

On the first floor, there is a second living area with two double sofa beds, equipped kitchen and dining table. The bedrooms are respectively one with a double bed and the other three with a single bed each.

Logement idéal pour un grand groupe

Logement conforme à la description. Vaste et fonctionnelle. La piscine est parfaite. La cuisine est bien équipé. La possibilité de récupérer la clé plus tardivement et de la reposer dans une boite permet d'être souple sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Attention, le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas!
