This authentic old fisherman's house is located in the centre of Tossa de Mar.

The house is very well situated, on the outskirts of the old city walls, just 100m from the beach. Restaurants and shops are nearby.

The rental includes a private parking space in an underground garage, at only a 1min walk from the property. You will have your assignated parking space for your whole stay.



This charming little house has been recently redecorated with taste.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and living room with Smart TV to connect to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Courtesy toilet.



On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Second bedroom with a trundle bed (2 single beds). From this room there is a staircase that leads to the second floor, where the third bedroom with 2 single beds is located.



WiFi included.



Tossa de Mar is a very pleasant and peaceful fishing village that mainly attracts families.

Many water sports activities available and numerous quality restaurants, from tapas to fresh fish.

* Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people at this property. The minimum age is 28 years old.

* Access to the third bedroom is through the second.

* The bathroom is ensuite, located in the master bedroom.
