This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval prior to arrival. You may be required to providing social security numbers for all guests and photos of driver's licenses. Disappointingly Small & cramped.

For the price it was a disappointment. This condo hasn't been updated since it was built. The owner should at least replace the kitchen sink and countertop and the same in the bathroom. The bath is very small & tight. It would also be very nice to have a detailed map of the complex along with a more informative listing of locations. For instance, we didn't know there were elevators until after we hauled our bags up three flights of stairs. The cable service also left a lot to be desired, no menu listing what the channels were. You have to scroll thru and make your own listings. In retrospect, I've seen many other condos at the same price that offered a much better experience and comfort.

Our VRBO process did not put us in the rental property that we had originally reserved because of an unexpected application process. The property management office quickly recommended another property that surpassed our expectations in vicinity of the original property.

Decent place!

The complex was well cared-for, clean and quiet. We thought it was very good value and would come again if we had the right unit. I have a walking disability and wished we had a unit on the 1st floor or near an elevator, but that's my issue and NOT the fault of the complex...it just happened to be the unit that was available. It was a very nice unit...comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed (kitchen appliances, linens, towels, WiFi, cable, etc.). The only critique we have is the bed was very, very firm and sagged in the middle with 2 people in it. My wife ended up sleeping on an air mattress in the living room...she said it was much more comfortable than the bed.
