Front line Beach Apartment located on the seafront in Torremolinos with cozy tapas bars and restaurants just around the corner.



Great and unique seafront location in La Carihuela, Torremolinos. Few meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping.



The apartment is located on the 7th floor and there is of course a lift. The view from the terrace is marvellous and much better than what the photos show.



The apartment includes; a nice hall, 2 spacious bedrooms. Master Bedroom contains a double bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite with bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and desk. Both bedrooms have like the rest of the apartment built-in air conditioning. The apartment's second bathroom can be found in the hallway and includes a bathtub.



The living room is arranged with a nice dining table arrangement, comfortable leather sofa with footrests and back that can be folded down, 55 "flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and cozy dining area for 2 people.



There is access to the south facing terrace from both the living room and kitchen. The terrace has like mentioned an amazing view to the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunblind.



The entire house has central controlled air conditioning with heating and cooling.



A really nice apartment that is perfect for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Excellent 6 week stay!

The apartment was excellent, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a great 7th floor balcony seaview. The kitchen was well equipped with many dishes, pots and pans and we loved the juicer. A smart tv and new comfortable sofa. La Carihuela location and beach perfect, close to Torremolinos centre and Benalmadina. The promenade went for kilometres. Easy to use the bus to Malaga, Mijas, and Fuengirola., etc. The train is also nearby. Many Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We loved the Spanish people and culture. Also felt safe. Nous avons séjourné 2 mois dans cet appartement. Vue magnifique sur la mer et situation idéale. La cuisine est bien équipée mais vieillotte. Les appareils fonctionnent bien mais la grille du four serait à solidifier et les côtés du four n'étaient pas propres. Le frigo est trop petit pour 4 adultes. Tous les tapis seraient à nettoyer en profondeur car nombreuses taches. Les chaises de cuisine craquent et sont très lourdes à soulever. Les lits simples non recommandés pour des adultes. Espace de rangement adéquat dans les chambres. Nous avons reçu un bon service du propriétaire car au début du séjour le téléviseur ne fonctionnait plus et il a été remplacé rapidement pour un neuf. Il y a eu beaucoup de construction et beaucoup de bruit dans l'immeuble. En résumé, je recommande cet appartement mais pas pour un long séjour.

Everything was lovely except for plumbling problems at property

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. However, the shower in the bathroom gave trouble. The first time it was used was fine, the next time, water leaked out to the main living area which we could mo up with kitchen roll. The next time, a large of amount of water overflowed to the living area and the corridor to the bedrooms. We had to use all of the towels to dry this up and then wash the towels and dry them. We then used the shower of the bath in the other bathroom but on our last evening, one person used the shower in the other bathroom. The water seeped out to the apartment and again, we had to mop this up with towels. There was so much water that we also had to use our own beach towels which we had to pack into our suitcases in plastic bags. After this leak, the smell from the ensuite bathroom was dreadful and there were a number of cockroaches crawling around the area. Due to the presence of cockroaches, we did not use the bedroom on the last night and I had to sleep in the main living area. It is a pity about this issue as everything else was excellent. However, having this issue everytime we used the shower in the small bathroom, we experienced a problem. I would appreciate your reply on ths.

Its the second time we stay at this wonderful apartment, and we couldn't ask for a better place. The apartment is spacious, with all modern appliances, and the view is spectacular, and only one minute from the busy life, restaurants, shops and a beautiful walk along the promenade. We can definitely recommend this lovely apartment Nothing to improve, it all works perfect

Disappointed with furnishings photo showed sofa pure white and black in fact it was white had yellow staining photos were certainly not recent. Found dirty pans and saucepans , chipped crockery, stains on duvets , dining table had a broken leg and another was peeling generally very disappointed. How ever Rincon the agents did an excellent job sorting out TV, replacing items : sandwich toaster etc the view from balcony was really good as gardens being immaculate kept however the outside of the building was under repair which was an eyesore and we were not informed of this work being carried out when booking

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here for 2weeks with our two young children. The apartment is very large- we loved that the rooms were at the back far from living room and kitchen. It had everything we needed and the building was very quiet and we felt very safe. The location is amazing - Right on the Carihuela beach and walking path. Lots of shops, restaurants etc. And Rincon was quick to answer any questions )

Rengøring var langt over det normale man ellers ser.

Opkald til medarbejder fra lufthavnen til Rincon rent om møde ved hovedindgang Kl. 01,30 var meget præcist. Afdækning med markisestof til nabo ville være en god ide, vi spiste hver dag på altanen og kunne så kigge direkte til nabo det var lidt generende.
