This spacious property consists of two newly renovated stone villas with a swimming pool located in a quiet part of the island of Krk, they are created for a relaxing holiday. These two villas can accommodate up to 14 people who have access to a large parking lot for several vehicles. At the back of the larger house, there is a swimming pool, but also an outdoor area for socializing which consists of a kitchen, a refrigerator for drinks, an ice maker, and a large TV. The living space is organized within two houses, one of which is a two-floor stone house with a kitchen, living room, and dining room on the ground floor, upstairs is a large bedroom with a gallery and bathroom.The second, larger house contains two separate rooms, one of which is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, dining room, and living room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a bedroom. This part of the house has direct access to the pool. On the first and second floors of this house, there is a comfortable space with a living room, kitchen and dining room, toilet, and bedroom with two single beds on the first floor and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the second floor. The back terrace has access to the pool with natural shade and outdoor showers, also there is a barbecue. This property is a great choice for families who want to enjoy privacy summer refreshments and socializing.

Great stay!

Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und Kommunikation lief super. Nur die Küchen könnten ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein. Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Krk in einer wirklich herrlichen Villa. Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis zum wunderbaren Pool hat alles gepasst. Und auch die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Entscheunigung abseits der Touristenzentren.

War beteits unser 5. Urlaub in der Villa Nadia.Ruhige zentrale Lage,Villa mit allem was man sich wünscht. Freundliche Vermieterin. Aussenanlage mit Pool top& sauber. Innen könnte ein neues intereur der Zimmer nicht schaden. Die Betten sind mittlerweile Durchgelegen und Sanierungsbedürftig(z.B. Lattenrost kaputt). Insektengitter wären toll, da viele Insekten in das kühle Zimmer flüchten. Ansonsten ist die Villa ein Traum für alle Selbstversorger.
