A few km from the sea, Italian and Slovenian, reachable in 5 minutes by car. Halfway between Trieste and Koper, perfect base for visiting Piran, Portoroz, Lipica, Muggia, the Karst caves, Miramare, Duino.
Ideal place to rest and suitable for cycle tourism: the Trieste-Parenzo cycle path is new. There is a riding stable nearby. Covered parking.

Wonderful

An absolutely beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Truly away from it all but not too far from shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice stay

The guesthouse is a perfect way to discover the beautiful area. The view is magnificent (you can see Koper and Piran), the house was very clean and the airconditioning did miracles. Within 10 minutes you are on the highway to visit everything. If we come back we certainly would go back at this house

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison bien équipée .La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes.L'Italie est toute proche et il est facile de passer une journée à Trieste . Tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Polonza sehr genossen! Sara als Gastgeberin ist freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Lage ist toll und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause

vielen Dank dass wir hier sein durften, es waren sehr entspannte und erholsame Tage. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und eigentlich ruhig (aktuell hat der Nachbar eine größere Baustelle - auch Sonntags), es ist alles da was für entspannte Tage benötigt. Die Aussicht ist so toll, da braucht man nicht mehr und sowohl Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder Liebe Grüße an Ernest, der uns auch sehr verwöhnt hat. viele Grüße

Entspannter Osterurlaub

Phänomenale Aussicht auf die slowenische Adria, großer eigener Garten in dem die Kinder toben können und sehr angenehme Gastgeberin - was will man mehr. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten uns dank traumhaftem Wetter auch fast nur draußen aufhalten. Überdachter Carport ist praktisch, Rückfahrkamera bei großem Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil ;)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den Hafen Koper. Auf der Terrasse mit den Liegestühlen haben wir viele Lesestunden verbracht. Auch der grosszügige Innenraum mit Küche/Wohnen/Essen samt fantastischem Ausblick gefiel uns sehr. Ideal für Ferien mit Hund.

Amazing place to relax

Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend!
