The cabin was very clean and well kept. It was in a great location close to all. The gated yard was great for the kids to run around in. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

The fenced yard was great for dogs. Plenty of outside room. Upon arriving though when we entered the cabin it had an old smell to it. Then during the whole week there the upstairs master bathroom smelt terrible. Like sewer. At times unbearable. Also the master bed is absolutely horrible and needs to be replaced. It was so lumpy and dipped down. Seems like it was as old as the cabin or more. No washer and dryer was also a bummer. Living room was nice. Would not stay again.

We like to assist our tenants to our max capacity. However, we were unable to do that due to you never calling nor notifying us until now. Nice simple getaway near convention center

Easy walk to the Big Bear convention center. Breakfast & a couple small shops in walking distance, and town is a short drive.

No internet so we had to leave. We own a business and must have internet.

Small kitchen, deck nails were tripping hazard, broken outdoor furniture, dark living room, drapes hung in the middle of windows and blocked light and upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder keeps you from sitting on the toilet correctly. Really, move the holder! My guess is that the management company doesn’t check property for maintenance issues. Upstairs bathroom does not comply to California Codes. Makes you wonder what else has been done over the years.

Great spot.

Such an awesome property and great location. Very clean both inside and out. Everything worked just fine and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Will definitely be going back.

Family Fun!

Perfect cabin for family fun. The property is gated so it’s perfect for kids and pets. It’s very close to the lake and stores. Will return soon!
