Inside, the 2-storey layout comprises of a mountain-view living room with sitting area, alongside an adjoining dining area with chic modern kitchen. A flight of ladder steps leads to an open mezzanine double bedroom. A 2nd double bedroom, shower room and a separate WC complete the layout of this versatile home-from-home.

The timeless chalet further benefits from ski storage and a private garden. From its tranquil natural setting, the chalet is within easy driving distance of central Chamonix (10 minutes’ drive away) and Le Bossons Glacier (13 minutes’ drive away).

The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock-climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both 5 minutes’ drive away. The Chamonix Equestrian centre is 11 minutes’ drive away, whilst the ‘Le Bossons’ Glacier is 13 minutes’ drive away.

Petit chalet à 5min de Chamonix et des pistes en voiture. Superbe vue sur l’aiguille du midi. Cependant, il faut noter les points suivants : ménage très insuffisant à l’arrivée, canapé inutilisable à cause de l’assise en mousse trop vieille, literie très inconfortable dans la chambre du bas, connexion télévision très moyenne, hotte aspirante avec de la graisse qui coule, aucun rangement pour les vêtements et aucun endroit prévu ou disponible pour ranger les skis et les chaussures. Dommage à ce prix. l’assises
