House with private pool and many areas of enjoyment for the family. San Rafael

Magnificent Ibizan style finca located between San Rafael and San Mateo.

The villa has 2 master suite with bathroom with shower-hydromassage and covered terrace (bed 150 x 200).

4 double bedrooms (bed 200 x 150cm) with two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a whirlpool.

It consists of a large 2-level living / dining room with fireplace and a large covered terrace. Large TV and stereo.

Large fully equipped kitchen with pantry. Consists of Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Crockery / Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer.

Satellite TV with flat screen in all rooms. Air coditioner in all the house. Internet. Washer dryer.

On the lower level of the house there is a gym, a games room with table tennis, billiards, table football, as well as board games.

Beautiful fully lit garden. 13m x 6m pool with overflow and chromatic lighting and outdoor Jacuzzi.

The pool consists of a large chill-out area with 5 Balinese beds, 10 sun beds and a covered rest area with sofas.

The house has a total of two barbecues:

One at the top of the house right in front of the kitchen.

On the same level: we have a covered barbecue-dining room with a large table (5m long) adapted for 20 people. On the barbecue there is a grill, a kitchen with butane and a fridge. It also has a bathroom with a shower.

The house is fully fenced and has alarms and security cameras.

SAN RAFAEL (10 min) at 7km, SAN ANTONIO (7 min) at 7. 50 km, Sandy beach (S'ESTANYOL) at 9 km, (BIZA center at 12 km (15 min), Airport at 19 km, ( 20 min)
