Remodel includes tile floors throughout, widening galley kitchen, new shower and tub in master bathroom and large new shower in guest bathroom
The Shores at Waikoloa is the place for your Big Island vacation! We are located close to Anaehoomalu Bay for easy access to the sandy beach. The nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Marriott both offer luau's and restaurants. Various shops and restaurants are also available at Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace.
Enjoy comfortable casual furnishings , updated cabinets and granite counters. The Master has a King bed, large dresser and closet. En suite bathroom includes large vanity with 2 sinks, shower, tub, toilet closet and large closet. The large second bedroom with walkout onto the lanai contains two twin beds which can be converted to a king with an advanced request. Guest bath includes large vanity and large shower with dressing area. Flat screen tv's are in the living room and both bedrooms. A wireless internet connection is included. There is central air conditioning with a 73 degree minimum setting which is on a six hour timer. The Shores has the largest lanais in the resort. The expansive Lanai includes a wet bar and small barbeque for your convenience.
Unit has a wonderfully spacious and open atmosphere that blends with the beautiful view out of the large windows in the living and dining room. The lanai is accessed from the living room and guest bedroom, it has a beautiful view across the golf course fairway with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The sunsets off of the lanai can be breathtaking!
The Shores at Waikoloa is a three story condominium complex spread out over 11.4 acres. The property is made up of waterfalls leading to ponds all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Within the complex is a beautiful pool with a Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a fitness center and three barbeque areas. For your security and privacy the property is gated with plenty of private parking.
