Cozy home with terrace

Hi!
I am the managing director of this amazing flat in front of the sea. This place has been restored with great care and attention to the details, in order to offer high standards of comforts.

The house has a spacious private terrace with sea view and covered by canvas (not presented in the pictures yet). Just a few steps separate you from the lovely shores of Castro Marina.

The rooms are fully air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped (except the dishwasher).
If you arrive during the peak season and the rest of the resort is busy and crowded, you will able to enjoy the tranquillity of the terrace and the easy access to the sea consisting in different stone platforms where to sunbathe and jump into the water.

The house belongs to my clients who do not use the property for more than 10 days during the whole year. So, they have contacted me to let it and get some income. Some of the funds gained will be invested to make this holiday home better and better.

What makes this property unique

The best characteristic? You are at 5 steps from the sea shores, just outside the house. Please, consider that the coast is mainly rocky, but the access to the water should not be hard even for people who are not used to this kind of seaside. Just put your foot on the flat rock on the sea level and jump into the crystal waters! For those who are afraid of deep waters, I would recommend a mask and an inflatable to make you swimming more easily.
