Situated in a quiet residential area just 200 metres from the beach and Maelog Lake, and a gentle level walk into Rhosneigr village, this is the perfect accommodation for families or small groups who want to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday, and yet have everything they need close to hand. The location is so peaceful and can you catch a glimpse of the sea from the front garden and a view of Snowdonia from the driveway.

What's more, pet-friendly Chelford is set over one floor, which makes it ideal for families travelling with toddlers, grandparents or guests who have difficulty with stairs.

The accommodation has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard and is bright and airy, enjoying an open-plan design with lovely wood flooring throughout. Chelford is luxury and practicality combined!

The gorgeous open-plan living room and kitchen space is enhanced even more by a glass conservatory that leads off from it. Here, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax with a morning coffee or a chilled glass of something special and a catch up with friends or family, whilst keeping an eye on the kids playing out in the garden.

In the living room, there is a long comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove for cosy autumn-winter stays.

The dining table is set out in the conservatory so that you can enjoy inside out dining all year round. Plus there is a dining table and chairs in the garden, so come rain or shine, you'll have a privileged place to enjoy dinner.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar where you can chat and prepare food at the same time.



Sleeping arrangements

There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom in Chelford.

They share a wet room with a large shower, washbasin and toilet and a family bathroom with a shower over bath, washbasin and toilet.

Garden glory

The final show-piece at Chelford is the gorgeous lawned garden. The large and fully enclosed garden is the perfect space for little guests and four-legged family members to run around and wear themselves out before dinner.

There is an outdoor dining table and a BBQ and a cute shaded seating area under an impressive pine tree.

There is a further patio seating space at the front of the property, perfect to catch the final rays of the evening sun.

The Nitty Gritty
Straight off the beach? No problem! There is an outside shower to avoid sandy footprints and is perfect for rinsing down wetsuits. Then head in through the back door and drop your sandy togs into the utility room washer, so they are ready for the next beach day! To the front of the property, there is ample off-road parking and a further patio seating space perfect for the evening sun. Chelford welcomes two well-behaved pets. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair only - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
