Awesome Accommodation!

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Miramar and we love it and hope to return next year. The location is difficult to beat and offers incredible value for money. Both bathrooms would benefit from refurbishment.

Amazing!

The villa is perfectly located and the views are stunning. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday - my 3 year old granddaughter loved the pool and Netflix was a godsend on a very wet and windy day! Communication and service from Juan was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely villa! The bathroom and kitchen could do with updating.

Emplacement idéal mais…

Nous avons apprécié la proximité immédiate avec Cala Galdana et la vue de l’appartement ! C’est un bon point de départ pour Mitjana et Macarella Le coin piscine est super, bien que nous ne l’ayons presque pas utilisée durant notre séjour car non chauffée. L’appartement est simple, fidèle aux photos. Cuisiner dedans durant notre séjour de deux semaines a été un vrai défi. Manque d’ustensiles, four et micro-ondes en fin de vie, plaque de cuisson avec un bouton en moins.. je pense qu’il serait bon de rénover et de moderniser tout ça. Les salles de bain sont effectivement vieillissantes mais cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout. Le vrai point noir a été les propriétaires qui habitent juste en haut et qui détiennent tous les appartements Miramar : nous cherchions la tranquillité et nous ne l’avons pas eu à cause d’eux, pas une sieste sans bruits de chaises qui traîne ou de bruits de marteaux , leur chien qui hurle à chacun de nos passages et le pire, de voir le propriétaire dans la piscine du dessous se baigner complètement nu (notre terrasse donne sur la piscine du dessous et nous avions des enfants), de plus ce monsieur n’est pas aimable et ne dit jamais bonjour.

La Limpieza La vista al mar y la localisation El precio muy resonable Nos encanto nuestra estancia en Miramar I Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que el aire acondicionado este solo en la sala. Y no en los cuartos pero pienso que haran muy pronto lo necesario. Regresaremos

Greenway Family

Upon the late arrival due to flight times we were met at the apartment and shown all about. The apartment was well presented and the facilities were better than expected with dishwasher, washing machine facilities, ideal as we had two infants in our party. This is the first time for many years that we have taken a 'self catering@ option and would have taken supplies of dishwasher tablets etc if we had realised. We ordered high chairs, cots and beach towels and these were all supplied and of a good quality. Towels were changed once during our week. The BBQ facilities and external areas were great for families. The pool area was well supplied with 6 sun loungers (would have been better if an adjustable back !) there was plenty of patio furniture for our needs. So overall this was a great place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a calm and relaxing location.
