Great condo, only complaint it was dark when we arrived and we couldn't find the property, called the owner and left a message and to my surprise she called me right back and explained how to find the property and even stayed on the phone to make she we found it.

Great location. Close to hiking, shops, restaurants, etc. Space is good. Living room is comfortable. Everything you need to cook. Quiet complex. Could use a little refresh-especially the kitchen and bathrooms. No wi-fi luckily our phones worked there. Didn’t use the pool but looked very clean.

Review of the lincoln condo

Property is in a good location and clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed. During our stay, one day wasnvery hot (90f) the ac in the living room worked wee but the fans in the bedrooms couldn't keep the temperature down. Rest of the stay was good.

Lovely little condo

Close enough to amenities in the area you might need, but far enough away that you don't deal with traffic and cars much. Great condo complex with wonderful pool. Plenty of room for larger trucks in lot.

Decent space but a few problems

The property was hard to locate because the condominium it’s not clearly labeled as far as the units. Both coffee pots had old grounds in them so we did not feel comfortable using them. The property itself smelled stale or like someone had smoked cigarettes in it. But opening windows and airing it out helped quite a bit. Other than the coffee pots and the steel smell, The property was very clean. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The other furniture in the living room and dining room were quite nice and adequate as well. We did feel the cleaning fee and other taxes and fees were exorbitant.

Perfect Base Camp for the Lincoln Area

Our family of 5 enjoyed 4 pleasant nights in this condo! My son and I were backpacking in Franconia Notch and so only spent 2 nights actually in the condo, but my wife and two younger children stayed all 4 nights to explored the more touristy attractions in the area. We all found the condo comfortable. There is an AC in the main living area, but we never had to run it. It does get warm, but there was enough breeze that opening the windows cooled the place off very quickly. Especially at night. The appliances in the kitchen are a little dated but worked perfectly. We brought a selection of board games, but there were plenty of options in the unit already and the kids ended up.playing with those instead of what we brought. The pool was fantastic, and the entire property is well maintained and quiet! I'm not sure how many of the units were occupied during our stay, but there were plenty of cars coming and going and we rarely saw anybody. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we come up for an adventure in the area!

N.H. Foliage tour

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the condo. As soon as we walked in we could tell that the unit was recently cleaned. Some of the appliances are old (dishwasher, stove, microwave) but they all functioned properly. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. This unit is an end unit which is nice because the extra windows let in a lot of natural light. There were very few people staying here so it was extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thus was a nice property. We have a family of 4. We wanted to go to the Flume gorge, and to my surprise, it was soooo close! Actually, it was right near everything we wanted to check out. Loon, Lost River, the Basin....etc...etc. As far as the Property, it was nice. It has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped with every little utensil & equipment you can ask for. The living room is very comfortable with nice couches. It leads right out to an oversized deck, overlooking the nice pool. Bedrooms are nice as well, comfortable beds. Master could use a t.v. tho. Actually, both could use wifi/smart t.v's like the living room does. Very convenient, has washer & dryer as well. There is No A.C, but depending on what time of year, obviously u wont need it. Has nice large sliding windows to enjoy the nice mountain breeze at night to compensate . The owner said updating is coming soon, so even more of a bonus!! Not really needed, but would encourage us to rent again even more than we already would have. Owners were very helpful and accessible and accommodating as well. Great spot!! Thanks again P.M.
