(B109) Studio Condominiums

Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques.




Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

I want to see the snow but the weather was a little bit warm. But there's unmelted snow left. And cozy and quite place it was. It was happy trip for us.

Staff were super nice. Property is quite outdated condo, dishwasher is some old GE clunker that makes tons of noise and reminds you why production has moved from to US to other countries. Stove same as dishwasher: relic from the 70s with the handle half broken off. Mattress was rather uncomfortable. No separate heat in bathroom resulted in rather cold bathroom stays. Location is very nice.

Perfect Location within Yosemite

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 8 and 11). We arrived on a Sunday evening after the park had closed but were able to enter without any problem through the gate. Staying in Yosemite West saved us so much time in the morning since we didn't need to wait in lines and were that much closer to the sites and hikes that we wanted to see and do during our stay. The condo was the ideal size and having the kitchenette was helpful with simple dinners in the evening after long days of hiking. Our condo was advertised as having a grill on the deck but ours did not have one - no big deal for us, though. There was always plenty of parking available and the condo was comfortable and cozy. With the warmer temperatures, we felt safe to sleep with our sliding door open (with screen) and having the stand fan was most helpful. We look forward to returning to gorgeous Yosemite and will definitely stay here again!

We had trouble getting the TV to work and when we called the number for rental agents we got a recording. The kitchen was stocked really well and there was a nice refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. There was also a nice gas fireplace which worked well. Parking was a little limited but we were always able to find a place.

Great Yosemite stay!

We loved this location and extra enjoyed seeing two bears off the balcony our first morning! Great kitchenette and close to the trails.

Great location and loved having access to a kitchen. The place was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. The one minor complaint we had was that it sounded like the people in the condo upstairs were running back and forth for about an hour our first night. The rest of the stay was fairly peaceful.

Great location.

Nice clean condo with VERY small kitchen area. Need new coffee pot, coffee measurer, and since said coffee was provided, fresh coffee. That in freezer was dried out, since top of container broken and contents exposed. Only 3 chairs, and two were broken...dangerous to sit on. Supposed to accommodate 4, but not furnished for 4. Luckily, there were only 2 of us. Beds comfortable, no spare blanket.. Washing machines used by housekeepers, so you were lucky to get to use them. That said, place was clean, affordable.,and convenient to all of park.

15 Minutes and you are in the valley. Make sure to stop for food and supplied before you get in the park because there is very little once you are in.

Very adequate for basic needs. Grill was great. Bathroom clean/well maintained. The mattress was comfortable enough but getting to the point of needing replacement. Dining chairs were wobbly. No A/C or cross ventilation in our room so even with sliding glass door wide open and a fan, room did not cool below mid to upper 70's (in Mid-July). Great location for easy access to the Park!
